It’s been a busy stretch for the Plainfield High School tennis team, as Coach Bradley and the Quakers continue to navigate one of the toughest schedules in the state. Over the past two weeks, the Quakers secured two important mid-state victories. They edged out Mooresville in a thrilling 3–2 match and followed it up with a 5–0 sweep of Perry Meridian. Plainfield also went toe-to-toe with some of Indiana’s powerhouse programs. Despite falling to Center Grove, Floyd Central, and Fishers, the Quakers showed grit and fight in each matchup. Plainfield competed with the Brownsburg Bulldogs before ultimately dropping a close 3–5 contest. The team now turns its focus to another pivotal week of conference play. The Quakers will host Decatur Central on Wednesday before traveling to Greenwood on Thursday. *Photographs credit to Matt Edwards Photography*
