Lady Quakers Pick Up Three Wins in Three Days It was a weekend — and start to the week — full of victories for the Lady Quaker Volleyball team, as they collected three big wins in just three days. On Saturday, the Quakers earned two strong wins. They opened the day with a 2–0 sweep over Hamilton Heights, winning 25-20 and 25-19 in the best-of-three matchup. Later that day, they battled through an epic five-set thriller against Lafayette Harrison, coming out on top 22-25, 25-22, 19-25, 25-19, and 16-14. Leading the way for the Quakers was Audrey Utterback, who tallied 20 kills in the match. Marley VanWanzeele added 14 kills in the middle, while Charlee Groninger controlled the offense with an impressive 43 assists. Utterback also recorded a double-double with 24 digs, while Taylor Donovon chipped in 18 digs on the defensive end. The momentum carried into Monday night, when the Quakers earned a county win over Danville in four sets (25-22, 25-12, 24-26, 25-17). Utterback once again led the attack with another double-double, posting 24 kills and 12 digs. Eliana Tucker added 7 kills, while Groninger distributed 36 assists to pace the offense. Defensively, Donovon turned in a standout performance with 28 digs, and Savannah Brock contributed 17 more. With the three victories, the Lady Quakers continue to build momentum in what has already been an exciting stretch of the season. The Quakers' tough schedule continues this week as they travel to Carmel tonight (Thursday) and Saturday host #1 ranked Westfield on Saturday morning. Go Quakers!
